Shipping

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Some oversized, remote-area, custom, or special-order items may require an additional shipping quote. If that applies, our team will contact you before your order is finalized.

Processing & Transit Times:
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Transit times vary by location, carrier, and item size. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Freight Delivery:
Large furniture, fire pits, and oversized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

Final Sale Policy

All Sales Are Final:
All purchases from JRS Patio are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Because many of our products are oversized, custom-configured, special-order, delivered, assembled, or handled through freight carriers, we are unable to accept buyer’s remorse returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Final sale does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and work with you on the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, replacement item, or another solution at JRS Patio’s discretion.

Important Delivery Note

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
