The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, store, products, or services.

However, colors, finishes, textures, dimensions, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, natural material variation, manufacturing tolerances, photography, or product updates.
Outdoor furniture, teak, wicker, aluminum, cushions, concrete fire pits, stone, fabrics, and other outdoor materials may have natural variations. These variations are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, and images are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, update, modify, or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. JRS Patio reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory availability, shipping limitations, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, product discontinuation, or incorrect product information.
Your order is not accepted until JRS Patio confirms acceptance and processes the order. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are oversized, custom-configured, special-order, delivered, assembled, or shipped by freight carrier, JRS Patio may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been placed or accepted.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, unless the order contains an error or requires a shipping, delivery, or special-order adjustment.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, assembly fees, local delivery fees, special handling charges, customs charges, or other charges that may apply.
Online pricing may differ from in-showroom pricing. JRS Patio may offer exclusive showroom pricing, promotions, or package pricing that is not available online. Online pricing may include shipping or other costs that are handled differently than in-store purchases.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and contact information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping, delivery, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, delivery carriers, weather, customs processing, access limitations, customer scheduling delays, incorrect customer information, or events outside our control.
Large furniture, fire pits, oversized items, and special-order items may ship by freight carrier or may be delivered through JRS Patio local delivery when available. Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless otherwise stated.
Free or included shipping, when offered, applies only to eligible standard shipping orders within the stated shipping area. Local white-glove delivery is a separate service when available and may include placement, setup, assembly, and packaging removal as described at checkout or on the applicable order.
Local white-glove delivery does not automatically include stairs, difficult access, hoisting, balcony delivery, long carries, restricted-access areas, or unusual delivery conditions unless approved by JRS Patio before the order is placed. Additional charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible damage, defective item, or incorrect item must be reported to JRS Patio within the time period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 - FINAL SALE, RETURNS, AND CLAIMS
All returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, damage claims, defective item claims, and incorrect item claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Because many JRS Patio products are oversized, custom-configured, special-order, delivered, assembled, or handled through freight carriers, many purchases may be final sale. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

Our website and services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, videos, designs, layouts, and content, are owned by JRS Patio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

JRS Patio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with JRS Patio.
By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and JRS Patio, including any injury, damage, loss, product issue, shipping issue, delivery issue, or service issue resulting from purchased products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRS Patio’s total liability for any claim related to an order, product, service, shipping, or delivery shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
