Warranty Coverage
One-Year Limited Warranty. We stand behind the quality of our products. JRS Patio offers a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery on our house brands: JRC concrete fire pits, Mila teak, Kai aluminum, Seacoast wicker and Essential Wicker.
Other brands. Products from the other brands we carry, including Ashley and Modway, are covered by the manufacturer's one-year warranty. Contact us and we'll help you file the claim.
What's covered. Manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal, residential use. We will repair or replace the defective item or component at our discretion.
Claim Process
Contact us. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service team via the Contact page. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
Resolution. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll arrange for repair or replacement of the affected item or part. Shipping costs for approved claims on our house brands are covered by us.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
- Natural variation in handcrafted materials such as concrete and teak, including tone, texture and grain. These are characteristics of the material, not defects.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper assembly, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Commercial or non-residential use.
