Refund policy
All JRS Patio sales are final. Because many of our products are oversized, custom-configured, special-order, delivered, assembled, or shipped by freight carrier, we do not accept buyer’s remorse returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup and provide photos, the order number, and a description of the issue. JRS Patio will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, replacement item, or another solution at JRS Patio’s discretion.
Final sale does not limit a customer’s rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
