SHIPPING POLICY

JRS Patio ships eligible online orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping options, delivery options, pricing, and estimated timelines may vary depending on the product, order size, destination, item availability, and carrier requirements.

STANDARD LTL CURBSIDE SHIPPING

Many JRS Patio furniture items, fire pits, and oversized products ship by LTL freight carrier. Standard LTL freight shipping is curbside delivery only unless otherwise stated.

Curbside delivery means the freight carrier delivers the order to the curb, driveway, or accessible delivery point at the shipping address. It does not include inside delivery, backyard placement, assembly, setup, unpacking, packaging removal, stairs, elevators, hoisting, balcony delivery, or long-distance carries.

The customer is responsible for receiving the freight delivery, inspecting the shipment, and moving the items from the curbside delivery point.

FREE OR INCLUDED SHIPPING

Free or included shipping, when offered, applies only to eligible online orders within the contiguous United States and only to standard shipping or standard LTL curbside freight shipping.

Free or included shipping does not include local white-glove delivery, assembly, setup, placement, packaging removal, stairs, difficult access, special handling, or any service beyond standard shipping.

Some oversized, remote-area, special-order, custom, or limited-access deliveries may require an additional shipping quote. If this applies, JRS Patio will contact the customer before the order is finalized or shipped.

LOCAL WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY

Local white-glove delivery may be available in select San Diego area locations for an additional fee shown at checkout when available.

When selected and paid for, JRS Patio white-glove local delivery may include delivery to the approved outdoor space, placement, full assembly, setup, and box/packaging removal.

Stairs, elevators, long carries, difficult access, balcony delivery, hoisting, restricted-access buildings, or unusual delivery conditions are not automatically included and must be approved by JRS Patio before the order is placed. Additional charges may apply.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping, processing, delivery, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days when items are in stock. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days, but timelines may vary depending on product availability, order size, freight carrier scheduling, destination, and seasonal volume.

JRS Patio is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, delivery carriers, weather, traffic, customer scheduling delays, incorrect customer information, limited delivery access, or events outside our control.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AT DELIVERY

Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup.

For freight deliveries, customers should inspect the shipment before signing with the carrier. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, the customer should note the damage with the carrier before signing and contact JRS Patio as soon as possible.

Damage, defective items, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported to JRS Patio within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Customers may be asked to provide photos, order number, packaging photos, delivery paperwork, and a description of the issue.

FAILED DELIVERY OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address, phone number, and contact information.

Additional charges may apply for missed delivery appointments, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, redelivery, storage fees, address changes, refused shipments, or special carrier requirements.

PICKUP ORDERS

If pickup is available and selected, the customer is responsible for picking up the order during JRS Patio’s available pickup hours and inspecting all items at the time of pickup.
